Deflating The 'Waist Line' Tyre!


When it comes to losing weight - like most people I know I have to exercise more and avoid junk food to shed those excess pounds, yet every time I tried a new diet I could never lose those pounds, not that I’m that over weight its just that I’ve accumulated a ‘slight tyre’ ever since I got into my twenties, and I’ve been trying to shed it ever since, and I’m not alone as hundreds of thousands of people are doing the same thing, but are still no where nearer to their ideal weight!

A couple of years ago while on holiday, my girlfriend and I got chatting to another couple while laying on sun lounges, sheltering under umbrellas on the beach to avoid the hot blazing sun.
The couple were really friendly and amazingly live in our home town. They seemed to come over as a being a little eccentric basically a couple of old hippies!
I’m glad we met them as they were great company and we became good friends.
Towards the end of the holiday, I brought up the subject of ‘weight loss’ as our new friends were in their mid forties and unbelievably slender!

We ended up spending the rest off that evening chatting about this 'subject' and it was that evening that I learned why I was never going to lose my ‘tyre’ by constantly changing diets.

What I learned was amazing – but I was also a little skeptical as I thought it was just hippie talk.
The bottom line was this; the real reason I could not shed my ‘tyre’ was because I had disgusting ‘Plaque’ living in my guts. This was due to all the junk food I’d eaten over the years. I thought that I didn’t eat that much junk food, but when you think about it, what happens when you get a hunger craving in between meals, you don’t eat what you should like fruit, Oh no… we reach for a bag of crisps or a candy bar. As my friend stated, after years of eating the wrong foods that not only don’t digest properly, they clog our colon with accumulated debris and toxic matter.

Furthermore, this coating of toxins becomes the perfect breeding ground for dangerous bacteria, and plaque. It’s these pounds and pounds of ‘heavy tar-like plaque’ which leads to Bloating, and Excess Fat. This ‘heavy tar-like plaque’ will not only make it impossible for you to Lose Weight but also make you more susceptible to some serious diseases that can be life threatening.

So in a nutshell, excess weight is the direct result of an unhealthy diet, if you’re still skeptical then think back to our ancestors – they never ate junk food laced with all sorts of additives such as salted potato crisps, French fries, and candy chocolate bars. The only things they ate were foods that were meant to be digested by the human body - fish, game meat, berries, nuts and seeds. Not only was obesity not an issue in the past, but other digestive diseases such as haemorrhoids were non-existent.

When I returned home I undertook the colon cleanse, did it work?
Yes! In two weeks I stuck to a rigorous healthy eating plan combined with the colon cleanse I loss 20lbs in two weeks!  Only one problem – within a month I put the weight back on! This was entirely my own fault for returning to my bad eating habits. Since realising my silly moment of weakness - I undertook the weight loss plan again and have achieved my ideal weight – I've been like this now for over a year and I can tell you it feels great! I now feel better about myself, more confident and energized!
No more bad eating habits for me that for sure!
